The Baby Collection - Terms And Conditions
Most important of all, we want you to be happy with your purchases and would like to provide you with an outstanding customer service.
You hereby undertake and agree to the following terms and conditions:-
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), the amount due must also be paid to us in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Customers outside the European Union (EU) may also be required to pay IMPORT DUTY and LOCAL TAXES on delivery. This is not included within our price.
Any applicable VAT will included in our pricing.
Goods will be despatched after payment has been received. Cheques and postal orders are only accepted from UK banks and must be cleared before any goods can be dispatched, usually this takes 5 working days. You must ensure cheques and postal orders are "crossed" so no-one else can cash them.
If we find a mistake within our pricing we will inform you as soon as possible, using the contact details you supplied. We will give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it; in which case any payment will be refunded. If we cannot contact you within a month we may cancel your order.
All offers, discounts and donation schemes may be withdrawn at any time and may be limited.
Delivery
If you require your delivery for a particular date (e.g. Christening or Birthday), you must select a guaranteed delivery service (such as Special Delivery) to avoid disappointment. All our delivery dates and/or time-scales are estimated, unless you select a guaranteed service; in which case it is the delivery company who offer your delivery guarantee.
A signature is normally required on delivery; otherwise a card may be left with details of when your package will be delivered or how to pick it up yourself.
If the packaging appears damaged or opened when you sign for it you MUST write "Damaged" near your signature. On opening, if your product is damaged please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so we can arrange for a replacement. (In any case, you must contact us within 48 hours, or we may make a charge for a replacement.)
If you refuse the delivery we reserve the right to charge customers for postage and a 30% re-stocking fee; unless an item is a "Special Order" when we will charge the full amount.
If your order does not arrive when expected and you selected a guaranteed delivery service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Please retain all packaging with postal marks, if your item arrives too late.
If we send out a replacement and the original goods also arrive, you must notify us and return one of the items within 7 days or you will be liable for the replacement goods and extra delivery charges.
After 16 working days** non-guaranteed post is usually declared lost by the delivery company. Please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund, after the delivery company confirms the lost item.
** Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays. 1 working day would mean the next day unless it was a Saturday or Sunday etc. Royal Mail does not normally deliver parcels on Saturday
Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event you need to return goods, you must contact us first to obtain a "Return Number". When returning goods, you must also obtain a proof of posting and adequately insure them.
If you decide you don't want the goods and they are "as new" and unused with all packaging, you may return them to us and we will offer you a refund. This is providing the item is not a "Special Order". Unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt or we may charge a re-stocking fee. We do not refund any postal costs, this is at your expense.
We check all items before they are dispatched, however; if you find an item to be faulty we will offer you a replacement or refund; but we will only do this if you contact us first to obtain a "Return Number" and also state what is faulty about the item.
Liability
We reserve the right to alter any product
specifications without prior notice. All sizes, weights and colours are intended as a guide only and are approximate.
Some products are not suitable to be given to babies or children and should be kept out of reach. Please be careful when unpacking your goods, especially products that contain glass (such as photo frames), there is always the possibility they could break during transit.
Delphi Solutions Limited disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including the warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Delphi Solutions Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if Delphi Solutions Ltd or third party agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify Delphi Solutions Limited, its employees and representatives from any and all claims and liabilities (including legal fees) that arise from your unauthorised use of material obtained from this web site or otherwise from your breach of these site terms and conditions. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our web site.

"Special Order" refers to hand made, personalised, engraved or items especially ordered for you that are not in stock (such as supplier direct items, as shown on your order confirmation or invoice).

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
