We would like to provide you with an outstanding customer service so you return again and recommend us.

The terms and conditions in place at your time of order will apply, as we may change them at any time. They will preside, even if contradictions are found elsewhere.

Pricing and Payment

Payment must be in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), cheques are not accepted.

Customers outside the European Union (EU) may be required to pay IMPORT DUTY and LOCAL TAXES on delivery, which is not included within our price.

If we find a mistake in our pricing, we will inform you using the contact details you supplied. You will have the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. We are not committed to sell goods at the price shown.

All offers, discounts and donation schemes may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery

If you require your delivery for a particular date, you should select a guaranteed delivery service to avoid disappointment. All other delivery dates and time-scales are estimated. If our delivery company fails to deliver on time, we cannot be held liable.

A signature may be required on delivery; otherwise a card may be left with re-delivery details.

If the delivery company returns the goods to us because they attempted two deliveries, you refuse the delivery or you give us an incorrect delivery address; we may charge you for the actual delivery cost, which may be more than the delivery price shown on your order; unless an item is a "Special Order" in which case we will charge the full order amount.

If packaging appears damaged or opened when you sign for delivery, you MUST write "Damaged" near your signature. You should then contact us as soon as possible if goods are found damaged, which must be within 48 hours; or we may make a charge for a replacement.

If a delivery does not arrive when expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. You must retain all packaging with postal marks in case we can recover the delivery costs.

After 16 working days** non-guaranteed deliveries are usually declared lost by the delivery company. Please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund, after the delivery company confirms the lost item.

If we send out a replacement and the original goods also arrive, you must notify us and return one of the items within 7 days or you will be liable for the original goods, replacement goods and delivery charges.

** Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays.

Faulty Goods

If you find goods to be faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible and state what is faulty, so we can arrange for a replacement, repair or refund.

If goods are later found to not be faulty, we may charge you for related expenses and delivery services to investigate the fault.

Goods are not considered faulty unless you follow the manufacturers instructions and use the goods for their intended purpose.

Returning Goods

In the unlikely event you need to return goods, you must contact us first to obtain a "Return Number" and return address.

If you decide for any reason not to keep the goods, you may return them for a refund, providing you agree :-

- to return the goods within 7 days of delivery.
- the goods are "as new", with manufacturers seals, all packaging in a re-sellable condition.
- the goods are not a "Special Order".
- for hygiene reasons personal care products, beds and sleeping bags cannot be returned if used or washed.
- we will not refund any postal costs, this is at your expense.
- it is your responsibility to insure the safe return of goods, obtain a proof of posting and adequate insurance.
- you are a UK consumer and the order was not for a trade or business.
- the order and delivery took place in the UK.

Liability

Some products are not suitable to be given to babies or children and should be kept out of reach. Please be careful when unpacking goods, especially products that contain glass (such as photo frames), there is always the possibility they could break during transit.

Our maximum liability to you shall not be more than the value of the goods.

All sizes, weights and colours are intended as a guide and product specifications may be changed without prior notice.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if we or third party agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We offer no warranty of any kind that our website and emails will be free of viruses and errors. We do not accept any responsibility for the content of other web sites we link to.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights or exclude any liability we are not permitted to do so by law.
