Can I return unwanted items?
Yes, providing they're unused in sealed original packaging "as new", not a "Special Order" and your tell us within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us for a returns number and send it back.
We'll refund the item and keep you informed.
(Does not apply to orders made outside the EU, delivered outside the EU and trade orders.Full Return Details)
Is everything in stock?
All items are listed with a live stock status, for the quantity selected. We'll reserve "in-stock" items while completing your payment.
If an item is out of stock we'll say so next to your item listing, you can still place an order and we'll keep you updated via email.
When will my order arrive?
A guaranteed / estimated delivery date is shown above and after entering your address on the next page.
We send most orders out the same day. (Cut-off time is 14:00 on a working day).
